Previously, I worked as an instructor and assistant coordinator for the Basic Spanish Program at Eberly College. My research interests include organizational socialization, internationalization of graduate education, diversity issues in higher education, and graduate student development. I have presented at various conferences including the American Educational Studies Association (AESA) and the National Association for Professional Development Schools (NAPDS). I conducted research for the Office of Graduate Education and Life aimed at improving policy and program offerings. I serve as a reviewer for the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) and as the Editor for the Graduate Student Journal of Higher Education, WVU. I welcome opportunities in research collaboration.

I am a doctoral candidate in Higher Education Administration and a Chancellor’s Scholar fellow; I obtained a M.A. in World Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from WVU, and a B.A. in Education Sciences from the National University of Rosario, Argentina.
